Every crave rich chocolate brownies? These vegan chocolate hazelnut and strawberry brownies by @fusionhealth ⁠will satisfy that craving without the guilt 😉⁠

Ingredients⁠
🍓125 g frozen strawberries⁠
🍓 1 tablespoon Monkfruit sweetener, or raw or caster sugar⁠
🍓 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed ⁠
🍓 100 mL water⁠
🍓 ¾ cup (125 g) buckwheat flour⁠
🍓 ½ cup (70 g) cacao powder⁠
🍓 ½ teaspoon baking powder⁠
🍓 ½ teaspoon salt⁠
🍓 ¾ cup (150 g) Monkfruit sweetener, or raw or caster sugar⁠
🍓 ¾ cup non-dairy milk of your choice⁠
🍓 ¾ cup (180 g) hazelnut butter⁠
🍓 1 teaspoon vanilla paste⁠
🍓 45 g vegan dark chocolate, roughly chopped⁠

Instructions⁠
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced. ⁠
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Toss the strawberries with the tablespoon of sweetener and scatter on the tray. ⁠
3. Roast in the oven for 25-35 minutes, depending on the size of the strawberries, until the strawberries are soft and jammy. Set aside to cool slightly. ⁠
4. Line a 20 cm square baking tin with baking paper. ⁠
5. Whisk together the ground flaxseed and water in a small bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to thicken. ⁠
6. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the buckwheat flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt and sweetener until well combined and there are no lumps in the dry ingredients. ⁠
7. In the small bowl with the ground flaxseed, whisk together the milk, hazelnut butter and vanilla paste.⁠
8. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the medium bowl and fold to combine. ⁠
9. Pour the brownie batter into the paper lined baking tin, and scatter the roasted strawberries and chopped chocolate on top. ⁠
10. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the brownie comes out clean. ⁠
11. Allow to cool in the tray before slicing into 9 squares. ⁠

A delicious but healthy twist to your usual spaghetti 🍝 Edamame spaghetti with pea pesto by ⁠@ceresorganicsau 🍃⁠

Ingredients⁠
💚 1 box Organic Bean Pasta, Edamame Spaghetti⁠
💚 2 cups fresh basil⁠
💚 1 cup frozen peas, blanched⁠
💚 2 cloves garlic⁠
💚 ¼ cup cashews⁠
💚 1 organic lemon, juiced⁠
💚 ¼ cup Organic Savoury Yeast Flakes⁠
💚 ½ teaspoon Natural Herb Salt⁠
💚 ½ cup Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed⁠
💚 2 cloves garlic, chopped⁠
💚 ¼ cup Organic Sundried Tomatoes (chopped)⁠
💚 1 cup arugula (to serve)⁠
💚 Organic Green Olives, Pitted (to serve)⁠

Method⁠
1. Cook your spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.⁠
2. To make the pesto, add remaining ingredients, bar the arugula to a food processor and process until smooth.⁠
3. Add your pesto, arugula and olives to your cooked pasta and stir until well combined.⁠
4. Divide amongst bowls and dinner is done!⁠

Make the most of the last few weeks of the winter season with hot and healthy soups ❄️ ⁠

Spinach and broccoli curry with turmeric cauliflower 🥘⁠

Ingredients:⁠
• 1 long green chilli, seeded and roughly chopped⁠
• 2cm piece of ginger, peeled and sliced⁠
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced⁠
• 1 tsp garam masala⁠
• 6 cups baby spinach (140g)⁠
• 200g broccoli florets (approx. 1 small head)⁠
• 1 cup (200g) frozen peas, blanched to defrost⁠
• 400ml coconut cream⁠
• 1/4 cup coconut oil⁠
• 1 large brown onion, peeled and diced⁠
• 1 small head cauliflower, cut into steaks⁠
• 2 teaspoons turmeric sea salt and black pepper⁠
• To serve: toasted coconut, green chilli and fresh herbs⁠

Method:⁠
1. Place chilli, ginger, garlic, garam masala, 4 cups baby spinach, broccoli florets, peas, coconut cream and 3/4 cup water in a food processor and blitz to create a paste.⁠
2. In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons coconut oil on medium heat, add onion, cook 2-3 minutes, then add spinach paste and cook a further 10 minutes on a simmering heat.⁠
3. Whilst curry is cooking melt remaining coconut oil in a large frypan on medium heat, dust cauliflower seeks with turmeric and place in frypan to cook covered for 5 minutes, then remove cover, flip cauliflower and cook a further 5 minutes uncovered.⁠
4. When both curry and cauliflower are cooked, stir through remaining 2 cups spinach through spinach curry and toss to wilt.⁠
5. Season with sea salt and black pepper, add extra coconut, fresh herbs and chilli as desired and serve with quinoa or rice.⁠

For all of the snickers lovers out there, we present snicker tartlets by @naturescharm 😍 A super gooey caramel with a chewy peanut centre and crunchy outer biscuit, just like a pod! 😉⁠

Ingredients⁠
🍫 2 cups almond meal⁠
🍫 1/4 cup melted vegan butter⁠
🍫 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup⁠
🍫 1/4 cup cacao⁠
🍫 1 can @naturescharm coconut condensed milk⁠
🍫 1-2 tablespoons Golden syrup⁠
🍫 30g vegan butter⁠
🍫 Salt⁠
🍫 8 medjool dates, finely diced⁠
🍫 1/3 cup peanut butter⁠
🍫100g dark vegan chocolate⁠

METHOD⁠
1. Melt the vegan butter, mix with the almond meal, maple syrup & cocoa⁠
2. Press into greased tart tins, bake for 9 minutes at 180’C. Cool⁠
3. Pour condensed milk, goldensyrup & 30g vegan butter into a saucepan, stir over low heat until thickened into a thick caramel- approximately 15-20 minutes⁠
4. Place peanut butter & dates into a saucepan with a little water and stir over low heat until loosened.⁠
5. Spoon the peanut mix into each tart cup, drizzle caramel over the top, allow to cool. Sprinkle with a little salt⁠
6. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, drizzle over each tart, place in the fridge to set⁠

Ingredients⁠
Hot Chocolate:⁠
🍫 1 1/2 cups milk⁠
🍫 1 1/2 Tbsp @organictimes Cocoa Powder⁠
🍫 2 tsp Organic Rapadura Sugar⁠
🍫 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon⁠
🍫 1 Tbsp Milk Chocolate Drops⁠

Topping:⁠
🍫 Vanilla Marshmallows⁠
🍫 @organictimes Cocoa Powder⁠

Method: ⁠
1. In a medium sized saucepan over high heat, bring milk, cocoa, sugar and cinnamon to a boil. Whisking occasionally, this will make it frothy.⁠
2. When the mixture has come to a boil, turn off the heat and add in the dark choc drops, whisk until completely melted through.⁠
3. Let hot chocolate sit until drinking temperature.⁠
4. Pour into glasses.⁠
5. Add marshmallows and a sprinkle of cocoa.⁠
6. Serve and Enjoy!⁠

Up your afternoon snack game 👊🏻 With these delicious Beer Battered Spicy Cauliflower 🥦 What you'll need:⁠

​➡️ Cauliflower: floret cut into bite size pieces⁠
​➡️ Water⁠
​➡️ Oil for deep frying⁠

For marinade:⁠
​➡️ Vegenaise: 1 Tablespoon⁠
​➡️ Garam masala: 1/2 Tablespoon⁠
​➡️ Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon⁠
​➡️ Coriander powder: 2 teaspoon⁠
​➡️ Amchur powder: 1 teaspoon⁠

For Batter:⁠
​➡️ Flour: 2 Tablespoon⁠
​➡️ Corn flour: 3 Tablespoon⁠
​➡️ Salt: 1 teaspoon⁠
​➡️ Pepper: 2 2 teaspoons⁠
​➡️ Turmeric: 1/2 Tablespoon⁠
​➡️ Chilly powder: 2 teaspoons⁠
​➡️ Beer or cider: 1 C⁠up⁠

Method:⁠
1) Bring a pot of water to boil and add cauliflower. Cook for 4-5 minutes and drain.⁠
2) Allow cauliflower to completely cool and coat in marinade ingredients. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes⁠
3) Make a thin batter by mixing all the listed ingredients for the batter⁠
4) Dip cauliflower in batter and fry in olive oil.⁠
5) Enjoy!⁠
